Installation management

Put the equipment in place without losing control of the project.

MGN aligns the approved requirement, delivery schedule, field conditions and contractor responsibilities while coordinating the handoffs from supplier release through installation and acceptance.

Delivery is a date. Installation is a managed sequence.

The equipment must arrive in the correct order, at a site prepared to receive it, with access, utilities, contractors, documentation and decisions ready when required.

MGN coordinates the schedule against actual field conditions and maintains the installation record through testing, acceptance, deficiency resolution and closeout.

Control each physical and contractual handoff.

01

Production & Release

Confirm submittals, approvals, production status, inspections, release dates and supplier responsibilities.

02

Logistics & Staging

Coordinate freight, customs where applicable, receiving, warehousing, delivery routes, site access and phased release.

03

Site Readiness

Verify that rooms, utilities, structure, data, access, environmental conditions and required trades are ready.

04

Placement & Connection

Coordinate vendor and contractor responsibilities for movement, placement, assembly, connection and protection.

05

Testing & Acceptance

Organize functional testing, calibration, certification, deficiency tracking and the records supporting client acceptance.

06

Closeout

Complete punch lists, warranties, manuals, asset information, invoices, claims and remaining supplier obligations.

Protect continuing operations during installation and transition.

Healthcare, communications, government and technical facilities may require phased work, restricted access, temporary services, limited shutdown windows or installation around active operations. MGN incorporates those conditions into the delivery and installation plan.

Installed does not mean ready for use.

Testing and acceptance establish that the installation meets the requirement. Commissioning, training and transition prepare the people and operation to assume responsibility.
